United Way Campaign Labor Kick-Off set for Aug. 29

WHAT:  Annual Reception and Dinner to kick off 2013 LIVE UNITED Campaign

WHO:    Topeka Federation of Labor

WHEN:  Thursday, Aug. 29

  • 5:30 p.m. Reception
  • 6:15 p.m. dinner served
  • 7 p.m. Presentation featuring the presentation of the Nathan Cave Community Services Award

WHERE:  IBEW Local 304, 3906 NW 16th, Topeka, Kan.

WHY:     To signify Topeka labor’s strong support of both United Way of Greater Topeka and
the Topeka community overall
