The Director leads United Way of Greater Topeka’s (UWGT’s) volunteer engagement strategies, programs, and partnerships. The Director promotes and executes volunteer and leadership programs (for both individuals and corporations) that effectively support UWGT’s mission and community impact goals and increase participants’ affinity for UWGT. The Director also guides development and execution of goals that align with overarching organizational goals. Additionally, the Director manages activities that provide meaningful opportunities for year-round and community engagement throughout Shawnee, Jackson, and Jefferson Counties.
